A NEW Honda Jazz has been unveiled with a revised design, new safety kit and a fresh engine.
The facelifted supermini has been revealed by Honda ahead of the Frankfurt Motor Show with deliveries due to start in the UK next year.
The car gets a new front grille and headlights to bring it up to date with the rest of the Honda lineup.
While the front bumper is styled to include sportier air vents and the rear gets new trim.
Performance for the Jazz is boosted with the addition of a 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol engine, capable of producing 128bhp.
This fresh engine – able to return 52mph and 124g/km of CO2 – is only available with Dynamic trim. These cars also get a front splitter, rear diffuser, new side skirts, spoiler and 16-inch black alloys.
The Dynamic trim also features orange pinstripe detailing in the cabin and a leather trimmed gearstick and wheel.
The Jazz is packed with kit – cruise control, auto headlights and a city auto-braking system are all standard.
On the options list there’s a seven-inch Honda Connect infotainment system, rear-view parking cameras, keyless entry and a host of safety gadgets.
These include forward collision warning, lane departure alert and traffic sign recognition.

Practicality on the 2018 model is equally impressive as its predecessor with a 354-litre boot and Honda’s famous “magic seats” so you can set the interior up in a number of ways.
Orders start in November with deliveries early next year. There’s no confirmation on price but the existing Jazz starts from around £14,000 so expect similar prices.
